What is your body saying to you? In this gentle, exploratory workshop the main character will be the back, with a supporting cast of the legs, hips and core.
Join us and learn therapeutic exercises to improve your back’s health and relieve pain.
This workshop will introduce basic concepts from the more in-depth
Back Care Workshop.
