YOGA FOR A STABLE SACRUM
Presented by Santa Fe Yoga Therapy and Luna Jordan
There is not another workshop of this kind offered in Santa Fe!
Please join us on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 9:00-noon.
This workshop will explore movement and opening in your legs, hips, pelvis and back to support your sacrum.
Whether you have an unstable sacroiliac joint or just want to learn to better support your back, this workshop contains valuable information for you.
Learn yoga poses to alleviate discomfort and stabilize your pelvis for healthier movement in bending and twisting the spine.
Payment Information
The total workshop registration fee is $40.00. HOWEVER, IF YOU REGISTER BY
MONDAY, AUGUST 31ST, the fee is $35.00.

Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds/cancellations must be sent in writing to Luna Jordan via MAIL to 1013 Calle Vianson, Santa Fe, NM 87507 or send an E-MAIL by clicking here
. A refund, minus a $15.00 processing fee will be made for all cancellations made by Monday, August 31, 2009. No refund will be given after August 31, 2009.
